NO. THAT WOULD UBER FAIL. People would just switch to gangster and go on a dm spree, then when they would get demoted they would switch to gundealer and buy themselves guns, and then when they can, go back to gangster and dm more. Or worse. At most, gangsters should get a lockpick that has less chance of opening doors than the mobboss' lockpick. But that's IT.
