i really wanted to use g chat but neva new how to use it D:

I got it set up with a drugdealer before, me and him were sending secret messages and leaving drugs and money in bins and stuff XD

It bugged for a while, but you just need a chat host server :3

I tried it today i seem to have a problem with getting Gchat to work with a satellite modem,

To get Gchat to work otherwise:

A. Spawn a PC/Laptop
B. Spawn a 'Chat Host' Server
C. Spawn a router (non wireless)
D. Link them up with the corresponding linktool

Do steps A, C and D where you want the other network PC
Then;
E. Link the two routers together
F. Get the install disc from advdupe/public/ and install Gchat etc. on both PC's (whilst they're on )
G. Use Gchat and put the IP of the 'Chat host' server from step B then press 'Connect'
H. SHOULD WORK!
I apologise if this is confusing/wrong in any way (cwhatididthar?)

Also, linking from far away will make ugly big black lines, as you cant seem to set the link width, unless somehow you can get wireless to work, which is basically the same steps but with out the routers being linked to the PC.
